My wife and I had some less than desireable experiences with car dealers in the past, including Palm, although years ago. We came into palm just to get a glimpse of the new Prius V. We were greeted bya very courteous,upbeat and professional salesman by the name of Todd Pruitt. He took the time to show us all the differant varieties of the prius V and answered all of our questions without hesitation. He never made us feel pressure to buy from him, hes was genuinley concerned with educating us on the Prius V. after a couple of hours of his dilligent work for us we ended up Buying a Prius V package 5. We were so pleased with this car and the service recieved from Todd Pruitt, that we came back just two weeks later and purchased another brand new Prius V from Todd. We reccomend that on your next trip to Palm that you ask for Todd Pruitt, He will undoubtedly give you the same professional service we were given. We will never purchase a car from anyone else.
