Yesterday, I had an appointment for a simple oil change. My appointment was made with Alex who made everything go smoothly. They took my car immediately to the service bay right on my appointment time and had it finished in very quick order. A few weeks ago I had a intermittent problem and they solved it. Very happy with Palm Chevy but I also bought a new Dodge pickup 6 weeks ago and the Dodge service department is also exceptional. Everyone I have dealt with at Palm Auto Mall has been helpful and friendly and I'm very happy with them all. I even got a happy birthday call from the Dodge salesman, Paul Henesy, yesterday. I can't say I'm happy having another birthday but felt important to Paul to have him call. Thanks to everyone at Palm Auto Mall.
