Great Dealer experience. Going from Cadillacs, to Lexus, to Toyota I expected lower customer focus and treatment. Boy was I wrong! Palm Toyota is now my best dealer experience, ever. I always feel like a "special" customer... Not just another number! Buying and now 1st service experience were 1st class.
