Palm provides top of the line customer service.  They immediately greeted me upon arrival, chauffeured me to work, performed the service in a speedy fashion, picked me back up at work and delivered me back to my ready-to-go vehicle.  I did not know where to go to check out and an employee immediately jumped into action - not just pointing in the direction of the cashier window, but walking me all the way there.  I am very impressed by this level of customer service.  It was a great experience.
